Returns and Complaints Policy

We care about our customers' satisfaction. Below we present the rules regarding returns and complaints for goods purchased in our online store.

Right to withdraw from the contract (Product return)

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The deadline to withdraw from the contract expires 14 days from the day on which you took possession of the goods or on which a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you took possession of the goods.

In case of withdrawal from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we were informed of your decision.

Return procedure

To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, please follow the steps below:

  1. Inform us about your decision. Please contact us by email at biuro@playio.pl. You may use the withdrawal form template, but this is not mandatory.

  2. Prepare and pack the product. The returned item should be in unchanged condition. Please pack the product carefully to avoid damage during transport. It's worth including proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice) with the shipment, which will speed up the return process.

  3. Send back the product. Please send the shipment to the following address:

    Note: Direct costs of returning goods are borne by the Customer. We do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery.

Complaints

If the received product has manufacturing defects or was damaged during transport, you have the right to file a complaint. For this purpose, please contact us immediately by email at biuro@playio.pl phone number +48 789 321 111, describing the problem and attaching photos of the defect if possible. We will contact you to determine the next steps.
