Terms of Service (Store Terms and Conditions)

§ 1. General provisions

  1. The online store operating at [Complete store address, e.g. www.playio.pl] is run by Oskar Hertman - PLAYIO with registered office at ul. Dobra Nadzieja 19a, 63-300 Dobra Nadzieja, VAT ID: 6080128684, REGON: 541947172.

  2. These terms and conditions define the rules and conditions for using the online store, including the rules for placing orders, concluding sales contracts, and complaint and return procedures.

§ 2. Definitions

  • Seller – Oskar Hertman - PLAYIO.

  • Customer – a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality making purchases in the Store.

  • Consumer – a Customer being a natural person making purchases for purposes not directly related to their business or professional activity.

  • Store – the online store operated by the Seller.

  • Product – goods offered for sale in the Store.

  • Order – declaration of will by the Customer directly aimed at concluding a Product sales contract.

§ 3. Technical requirements

To use the Store, including browsing the assortment and placing orders, the following is required:

  • Device with Internet access.

  • Current web browser (e.g. Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).

  • Active email account.

§ 4. Placing orders

  1. Customers can place orders in the Store 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.

  2. To place an order, the Customer adds the selected Product to the cart and then follows the instructions displayed on the Store page.

  3. While placing an order, the Customer provides data necessary for its completion: name and surname, delivery address, email address, and phone number.

  4. Placing an order constitutes an offer to conclude a sales contract for the selected Products.

  5. After placing an order, the Customer receives an automatic confirmation of its submission at the provided email address. The sales contract is considered concluded upon the Customer receiving an email message confirming order acceptance for processing.

§ 5. Prices and payment methods

  1. All prices given in the Store are gross prices (include VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).

  2. The price given for each Product is binding at the time the Customer places the order.

  3. The delivery cost should be added to the Product price, which is provided during order placement.

  4. The Customer can choose the following payment methods: [Complete available payment methods, e.g. online payment via Przelewy24, BLIK, payment card, traditional transfer].

§ 6. Delivery

Detailed rules regarding delivery, including costs, methods, and terms, have been specified in the "Shipping Policy" document available on the Store page.

§ 7. Right of withdrawal from contract (Returns)

  1. The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract without giving reasons within 14 days from the day of taking possession of the Product.

  2. Detailed information regarding the procedure for withdrawing from the contract and the form template can be found in the "Returns and Complaints Policy" document.

§ 8. Complaints

  1. The Seller is obligated to deliver a Product free from defects.

  2. In case of detecting a Product defect, the Customer has the right to file a complaint under the rules specified in the Civil Code (warranty).

  3. Complaints should be filed at the email address: biuro@playio.pl.

  4. Detailed information regarding the complaint procedure can be found in the "Returns and Complaints Policy" document.

§ 9. Personal data protection

The administrator of Customers' personal data is the Seller. Personal data is processed for the purpose of order fulfillment and marketing purposes, if the Customer has given consent. Detailed information on this subject can be found in the "Privacy Policy" available on the Store page.

§ 10. Final provisions

  1. In matters not regulated in these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.

  2. The Seller reserves the right to introduce changes to the terms and conditions. Changes take effect within the period indicated by the Seller, not shorter than 7 days from the day of making them available on the Store page. Orders placed before the changes take effect are processed based on the previous provisions.

  3. All disputes arising from contracts concluded through the Store will be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the Seller's registered office.
