Orders placed by 2:00 PM on working days are shipped the same day. InPost delivery takes 1-2 working days, other couriers 1-3 days.
Are the toys safe for the youngest children? +
All our toys have CE certification and are safety tested. We provide the minimum age for each product.
What about warranty and returns? +
365-day warranty on all PLAYIO brand products. You have up to 14 days to return without giving a reason. If the product turns out to be defective, within 30 days of purchase, we will exchange it for a new one.
Are the toys suitable as gifts? +
Yes, our toys are packaged in branded boxes that make an impression on the recipient. We care about every detail - careful package protection guarantees that your order will arrive in perfect condition.
Do you ship abroad? +
Yes, we ship toys to EU countries. Delivery time is approximately 3-7 working days. The cost depends on the shipping country. You can check the exact cost in the cart after entering the address.
